朱秀文(Virginia Chu)
自1987年參加民眾劇場，參演不同的翻譯劇及集體創作劇等。
曾往德國、韓國、曰本及菲律賓等地與當地的文化戲劇教育工作者交流劇場經驗，曾參與來自世界
各地文化教育工作者的工作坊，如菲律賓的教育戲劇、Augusto Boal、Very
Special Arts Massachusetts
、Playback Theater、 Puppetry 及Music & Dance Therapy等工作坊等工作坊。
1993年開始積極於Theatre-In-Education為基礎的工作坊，接觸不同的對象，探討不同的社會問題，曾
任梅里臨屋區、香港婦女、育智、明愛及協康會等中心的兒童戲劇工作坊及親子戲劇工作坊導
師。
1995年創作兒童故事、兒歌等，並以故事人身份到各社區中心、學校及幼兒園作演出。參與策劃
“嘯聚街頭”文化活動。
1996年參加木偶工作坊。曾任新生精神復康會木偶戲劇工作坊導師。曾任木偶戲劇工作坊導師及參
演展能藝術會與花生糖木偶劇團合辦之木偶戲劇特殊學校巡迴。
1997年與香港海洋環境保護協會合作，創作了一個有關海洋環境保護的故事，及到幼兒園演出。
1997-1998年曾任明愛達言學校木偶戲劇工作坊導師。
1997年十月出席曰本DA-M Threater主辦之Asia Meets Asia 97'，演出“遺忘之歷史”。
1998年十一月出席曰本DA-M Threater主辦之Asia Meets Asia 98'，演出“香港五十年虫症”
